- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against strategic goals
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, industry talks) to position company as a futurist authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with futurist/tech focus
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
