Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Lead the architectural design and technical roadmap for Generative AI initiatives, specifically targeting deployment and efficiency milestones for 2026.
- Model Architecture: Design and optimize complex deep learning architectures, including Transformers and diffusion models, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Performance Engineering: Implement strategies to reduce inference costs and latency, pushing the boundaries of real-time AI applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI models seamlessly into production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect-level role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed training frameworks.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
