Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Generative AI models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Architecture Design: Architect scalable inference pipelines and optimize model latency for production environments.
- R&D Leadership: Research novel techniques in prompt engineering, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and efficient transformers.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Evaluation: Establish rigorous benchmarks and evaluation frameworks to measure model performance and safety.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, or PyTorch.
- Model Mastery: Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, Attention mechanisms, and LLM fine-tuning methodologies.
