Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable LLM Pipelines: Design and implement robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance model accuracy and context retention.
- Pioneer Autonomous Agents: Develop intelligent agents capable of complex reasoning, tool usage, and multi-step decision-making processes.
- Optimize Model Performance: Fine-tune foundation models using techniques such as LoRA and QLoRA, focusing on low-latency inference and high throughput.
- Ensure Ethical Alignment: Implement safety guardrails and alignment techniques to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, safe, and compliant with emerging regulations.
- Collaborate on Visionary Projects: Partner with product and research teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on machine learning or deep learning.
- Deep expertise in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record in deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and distributed training.
