Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable generative AI models, focusing on LLMs and diffusion models.
- Optimize model inference latency and improve throughput for production environments.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into core platforms.
- Implement and maintain rigorous evaluation pipelines to ensure model accuracy and safety.
- Conduct research on novel AI architectures and contribute to open-source communities.
- Ensure ethical AI compliance and mitigate bias in training datasets.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of fine-tuning and deploying large-scale language models.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search architectures.
