Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or corporate venture roles
- Proven track record launching tech products with 5+ years lifecycle impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, advanced AI)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across 3+ continents
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
