Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for critical IT infrastructure upgrades and stadium technology rollouts.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the 2026 vision.
- Oversee cybersecurity protocols and data privacy compliance for sensitive fan and operational data.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with international vendors to integrate global broadcasting and digital engagement technologies.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or Program Manager, preferably within large-scale events or infrastructure.
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M.
- Ability to travel to host venues and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
