Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of high-performance Quantum-Neural Interface (QNI) systems designed for the 2026 era.
- Design scalable algorithms that bridge classical computing with quantum processing to optimize real-time data synthesis.
- Lead a cross-functional team of quantum physicists, AI researchers, and systems engineers to ensure technical feasibility.
- Define technical roadmaps and innovation pipelines for future-proof infrastructure.
- Mentor senior staff and junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and forward-thinking.
- Conduct rigorous stress testing and simulation to validate system stability under extreme computational loads.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale technical projects to completion.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive innovation.
