Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and production-grade models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Data Strategy: Lead the end-to-end data lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to feature engineering and model monitoring.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching cutting-edge algorithms and integrating novel techniques into our core platform.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Cloud: Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with data-driven approaches.
