Responsibilities
- Architect, train, and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Optimize model performance for inference speed and resource efficiency on edge devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Conduct research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in building and deploying ML models (Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
