Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the architectural design of high-performance neural networks optimized for quantum processors.
- System Integration: Develop seamless interfaces between legacy cloud infrastructure and next-gen quantum computing environments.
- Optimization: Implement advanced algorithms to minimize quantum error correction overhead and maximize processing speed.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and quantum engineers to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D: Explore emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology integration.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and test new architectural models in sandbox environments before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 2 years in quantum computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow; hands-on experience with quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, multi-variable engineering problems in high-stakes environments.
- Innovation: Strong track record of patentable innovations or significant contributions to open-source AI projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presenting complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
