Responsibilities
- Lead the Design Strategy: Own the end-to-end design vision for the '2026 Vision' roadmap, translating complex business goals into intuitive user journeys.
- Future-Proof Interfaces: Design cutting-edge interfaces for emerging technologies, including spatial computing and AI-driven assistants.
- Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency across all platforms while allowing for creative flexibility.
- Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) and mentor junior designers to elevate the overall design quality.
- User Research: Conduct usability testing and competitor analysis to validate design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Prototyping: Create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UX/UI, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with a deep understanding of prototyping tools.
- Technical Skills: Experience working with developers to implement designs in HTML/CSS/React environments is a huge plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for Innovation: A deep interest in future tech trends, including AI, AR/VR, and next-gen web technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
