Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the 2026 product suite, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Own the Product Lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring user-centric design and exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage the product budget, prioritize features based on ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and secure necessary resources.
- Drive continuous improvement of our product development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex software products in a competitive market.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on team empowerment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
