Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for senior Python developers, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search and social recruiting techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub) to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical backend engineering roles.
- Collaborate closely with engineering managers and CTOs to understand technical requirements and hiring timelines.
- Conduct compelling screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments with engineering leads.
- Drive employer branding initiatives within the Python and Data Science communities.
- Optimize job descriptions and sourcing strategies to ensure high conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record in backend or software engineering.
- Deep understanding of the Python ecosystem (Django, Flask, FastAPI, Pandas) and related frameworks.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with senior engineers and CTOs.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed quarterly hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience recruiting in a high-growth startup or high-tech enterprise environment.
