Job Description
Are you ready to architect the future of computing? Nexus Horizon Systems is seeking a visionary Senior Quantum AI Architect to lead our research into next-generation intelligence. We are building the infrastructure that will power the global economy in 2026 and beyond.
In this high-impact role, you will not just write code; you will define the protocols for a post-silicon world. You will lead a team of elite engineers in integrating quantum processing units (QPUs) with deep learning frameworks to solve complex optimization problems in logistics, finance, and healthcare.
We offer a competitive salary, equity packages, and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge hardware. If you are passionate about the intersection of quantum mechanics and artificial intelligence, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms designed to solve NP-hard problems in real-time.
- Optimize quantum circuit performance for deployment on cloud-based quantum processors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware engineers to improve QPU coherence times and error correction.
- Lead the migration of legacy AI models to quantum-enhanced architectures.
- Conduct research into novel quantum error mitigation techniques and noise reduction strategies.
- Mentor junior developers and researchers in advanced quantum programming concepts (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.).
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or high-performance computing.
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Amazon Braket.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability distributions, and quantum mechanics principles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA for backend optimization.
- Experience publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, or Quantum Science journals).
