- Hardware Integration: Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize software performance on emerging quantum processors.
- Code Optimization: Refine quantum circuits to reduce error rates and maximize computational throughput.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior developers and researchers in best practices for quantum software development.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for our quantum AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering and 2+ years specifically in quantum computing or AI.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum SDKs such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Amazon Braket.
- Mathematical Aptitude: Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and complex systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: A track record of published research or innovative contributions in the field of AI/Quantum.
