Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable quantum machine learning models designed for 2026 deployment standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum processors into existing AI infrastructure.
- Research and validate novel quantum algorithms to solve complex optimization problems.
- Lead the migration of classical neural networks to quantum neural networks (QNNs).
- Optimize circuit depth and error correction protocols to ensure computational efficiency.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor a team of quantum software engineers.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with deep expertise in Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, or Google Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-stakes R&D environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for exploring the unknown.
