Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable quantum computing algorithms designed for the 2026 era of AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers to optimize neural network performance.
- Lead the research and development of next-gen hardware-software interfaces for quantum processing units (QPUs).
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural patterns for large-scale AI deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with global ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Machine Learning or AI.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles (Qiskit, Cirq) and classical ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to production.
- Strong proficiency in C++, Python, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
