What You Will Do
As a Senior Architect, you will not just write code; you will architect the future. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our quantum AI systems, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and ready for deployment on next-generation hardware.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement complex quantum algorithms and hybrid classical-quantum machine learning models.
- Research Leadership: Lead a team of researchers in exploring new quantum error correction techniques and optimization strategies.
- Hardware Integration: Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure software scalability across current and emerging quantum processors.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes to validate theoretical concepts before full-scale production deployment.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Documentation: Produce high-level technical documentation and whitepapers for internal stakeholders and the public.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Quantum Expertise: Strong proficiency in quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Programming: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Mathematics: Solid understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and calculus.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous, undefined problems and derive innovative solutions.
