Responsibilities
- Algorithm Design: Design and implement novel quantum-inspired algorithms and machine learning models optimized for future hardware.
- System Architecture: Lead the architectural design of large-scale AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Roadmap Leadership: Collaborate with the R&D team to define technical milestones and the roadmap leading up to the 2026 deployment.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane.
- Theoretical Knowledge: Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, statistics, and tensor calculus.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience deploying and managing models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
