Responsibilities
- Architect and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning algorithms optimized for future hardware architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap for AI systems leading up to 2026.
- Research and prototype novel quantum error correction techniques to ensure system stability.
- Optimize existing neural networks to run efficiently on quantum processing units (QPUs).
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the company.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years of experience in quantum computing (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks).
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistical mechanics.
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
