Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and implement advanced quantum algorithms for AI inference and training.
- Bridge the gap between classical software engineering and quantum hardware constraints.
- Optimize qubit coherence and reduce error rates in complex neural network models.
- Lead architectural reviews for cross-functional teams including hardware engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct research on post-quantum cryptography and secure AI protocols.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML or distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts, specifically Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience deploying models to edge devices or high-performance computing clusters.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
