Responsibilities
- Lead Quantum Architecture Design: Architect end-to-end quantum-classical hybrid systems, ensuring scalability and error correction for production environments.
- Algorithm Development: Develop and optimize novel quantum algorithms for optimization, machine learning, and cryptography.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of quantum computing advancements (post-quantum cryptography, qubit stability) and integrate cutting-edge research into product roadmaps.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and product managers.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes to validate theoretical models and demonstrate feasibility to investors and partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, Pennylane).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and system design patterns.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
