Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for complex predictive modeling.
- Lead the architectural strategy for our proprietary neural network infrastructure, ensuring high throughput and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate advanced research into production-ready software solutions.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum Computing.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically within high-scale distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA programming.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of quantum mechanics principles applied to computational logic.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
