Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the 2026 technology roadmap for quantum integration.
- Design and implement scalable quantum-optimized neural networks.
- Collaborate with theoretical physicists and data scientists to bridge the gap between quantum algorithms and real-world applications.
- Oversee the migration of legacy AI models to hybrid quantum-classical architectures.
- Ensure system stability, security, and performance under high computational loads.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong background in quantum simulation tools (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and distributed systems.
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
