Job Description
Are you ready to define the technological landscape of 2026?
Nexus Future Labs is seeking a visionary Senior Quantum AI Architect to lead our research into the convergence of quantum computing and artificial intelligence. In this pivotal role, you will design the algorithms and infrastructures that will power the next generation of intelligent systems. You won't just be using existing tools; you will be building the future.
As we gear up for our 2026 deployment roadmap, we need a pioneer who thrives in ambiguity and possesses the technical prowess to solve problems currently deemed unsolvable. If you are passionate about the intersection of physics, mathematics, and code, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-Classical Hybrid Systems: Design and implement scalable algorithms that leverage the power of Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) while maintaining compatibility with classical neural networks.
- Lead Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research into quantum error correction, variational quantum eigensolvers, and quantum natural language processing.
- Optimize Performance: Profile and optimize deep learning models to run efficiently on near-term quantum hardware and cloud-based quantum simulators.
- Prototype 2026 Solutions: Build proof-of-concept prototypes for our enterprise clients, demonstrating quantum advantages in optimization and machine learning tasks.
- Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with data scientists, physicists, and software engineers to bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically focused on quantum computing or advanced AI systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience with quantum SDKs like Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane is mandatory.
- Cloud Architecture: Hands-on experience deploying models on cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum Experience, AWS Braket, or Google Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and complex systems dynamics.
