Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Systems: Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures using modern frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Azure Quantum).
- Algorithm Development: Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for machine learning tasks, focusing on speed, accuracy, and error mitigation.
- Hybrid Solutions: Lead the integration of quantum processors with classical cloud infrastructure to create hybrid AI models.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct deep-dive research into post-quantum cryptography and quantum error correction to ensure future-proof security.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years of direct experience in quantum computing or AI research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; hands-on experience with quantum simulators and quantum hardware.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
