Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-Neural Interfaces: Design and implement scalable software architectures that integrate quantum computing with deep learning models to solve intractable problems.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into novel quantum algorithms, focusing on optimization, cryptography, and machine learning acceleration.
- Model Development: Build, train, and optimize custom neural networks that run effectively on hybrid quantum-classical hardware.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging industry standards.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with hardware engineers and product managers to translate theoretical research into deployable products.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in advanced AI/ML or quantum computing roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq) and cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum) is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex algorithmic challenges and improving system performance by 30% or more.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional projects from concept to delivery.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
