Nebula Dynamics is seeking a visionary Senior Quantum AI Engineer to lead our research into the intersection of Quantum Computing and Artificial Intelligence. We are building the next generation of cognitive architectures that will solve problems currently deemed impossible.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between abstract quantum mechanics and practical, deployable machine learning models. You will work in a high-performance environment, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in hardware-software co-design.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, sampling, and generative modeling.
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks to enhance existing AI pipelines.
- Lead research initiatives focused on the scalability and error correction of QML models.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit compilation for current and near-term quantum processors (NISQ).
- Mentor junior data scientists and quantum researchers on best practices in quantum software development.
- Publish cutting-edge research in top-tier conferences and journals.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Quantum Computing, specifically with frameworks like Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics.
- Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Proven ability to think abstractly and solve complex, multi-disciplinary problems.
