Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms tailored for machine learning and optimization problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, software engineers, and data scientists to integrate quantum modules into classical AI pipelines.
- Conduct cutting-edge research on quantum error correction, qubit coherence, and noise mitigation strategies.
- Optimize existing classical deep learning models to run efficiently on hybrid quantum-classical hardware.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Present technical findings and architectural strategies to stakeholders and the broader scientific community.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on Quantum Computing or AI.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a specific focus on Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics.
- Proven track record of publishing research papers or contributing to open-source projects in the AI/Quantum space.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
