Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms tailored for optimization, machine learning, and cryptography.
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical models to solve problems unsolvable by classical computers today.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize code for emerging quantum processors.
- Lead architectural discussions regarding the scalability of quantum systems for 2026 and beyond.
- Conduct research to identify new applications for quantum computing in the enterprise sector.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing, quantum mechanics, or related research.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Q#.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
- Experience with quantum software stacks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Proven ability to translate theoretical research into practical, deployable solutions.
