Responsibilities

- Develop advanced error mitigation strategies to enhance qubit stability.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to create quantum-enhanced machine learning models.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable quantum software stacks across distributed environments.
- Define technical standards and mentor junior engineers in quantum algorithms.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in quantum software development using tools like Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-stakes R&D environments.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, complex probability theory, and quantum mechanics.
- Ability to translate abstract quantum concepts into scalable, production-ready code.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native architecture.
