Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable quantum algorithms and hybrid quantum-classical systems for enterprise applications.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap and milestones for our 2026 product launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of quantum engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with academic institutions and research labs to stay ahead of the curve in quantum computing advancements.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize system performance, stability, and security for quantum hardware environments.
- Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical specifications, white papers, and documentation for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on high-performance computing, machine learning, or quantum computing.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, with experience using quantum SDKs such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Azure Quantum.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and translate theoretical research into practical applications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
