Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum hardware
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
- Familiarity with quantum cloud platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Track record of optimizing quantum circuit fidelity (>99.9%)
- Security clearance eligibility for DoD quantum projects
