Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and lead the implementation of complex AI and machine learning architectures specifically tailored for quantum computing environments.
- Research & Development: Conduct in-depth research into post-silicon computing paradigms and integrate emerging quantum algorithms into production pipelines.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of our neural network infrastructure as we approach the technological singularity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, quantum physicists, and security experts to define technical roadmaps and deliverables.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce best practices for responsible AI development, ensuring alignment with global standards for 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related STEM field.
- Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in full-stack software development with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- System Design: Strong architectural skills in designing distributed systems and microservices.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
