Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum circuits using Qiskit and Cirq.
- Collaborate with theoretical physicists to translate mathematical models into executable code.
- Optimize quantum algorithms to minimize error rates and maximize qubit coherence.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum software modules in simulated environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Document technical architectures and present progress to stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years focused on quantum computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts, including superposition, entanglement, and quantum gates.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum Experience, Google Quantum AI).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional team.
