What You'll Do:
- Lead the development and maintenance of our core React applications using the latest features of the React ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Implement robust testing strategies (Jest, RTL, Cypress) to guarantee code quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement complex frontend features using React 18, Hooks, and the Context API.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design using modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Styled Components.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services to fetch and manage application data efficiently.
- Optimize application performance, including lazy loading, code splitting, and reducing bundle sizes.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js, including deep knowledge of the Virtual DOM and component lifecycle.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or MobX.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
