Responsibilities
- Lead Frontend Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance React applications using modern architecture patterns such as micro-frontends and server components.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure 60fps experiences, focusing on rendering efficiency and bundle size reduction.
- Tech Stack Innovation: Experiment with emerging technologies (e.g., Next.js 14+, React Server Actions, Edge Runtime) to stay ahead of the 2026 development curve.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Write clean, maintainable code and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices.
- Collaborative Design: Partner closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive web applications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience with React.js, including in-depth knowledge of Hooks, Context API, and Redux Toolkit.
- Modern Frameworks: Proficiency in Next.js or similar SSR/SSG frameworks.
- TypeScript: Strong command of TypeScript for type-safe development.
- Testing: Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Styling: Expertise in CSS-in-JS (styled-components, Emotion) or modern CSS (Tailwind CSS).
