Responsibilities
- Lead Front-End Architecture: Design and implement scalable, component-based UI architectures using React, ensuring maintainability and performance.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize web application performance, reducing load times and improving Core Web Vitals.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate requirements into intuitive, pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Testing Strategy: Develop and enforce testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure code reliability and robustness.
- Tech Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging web technologies and recommend improvements to our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Front-End development with a strong focus on React.
- Proficiency: Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
- State Management: Strong experience with Redux, Context API, or MobX.
- Build Tools: Familiarity with Webpack, Vite, or Next.js.
- Best Practices: Experience implementing testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
