Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced patient care in ICU/CCU settings with specialized monitoring protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precise dosage calculations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Mentor junior nurses through our RN residency program
- Utilize Epic EHR systems for accurate documentation and care coordination
- Respond rapidly to emergency situations with ACLS-certified interventions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for patient safety
Qualifications
- Active Kansas RN license (RN-KS) required
- BSN degree with 3+ years ICU/ER experience
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications mandatory
- Proficiency in Epic EMR and bedside monitoring systems
- Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills for family/stakeholder interactions
