Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Define and execute the technical roadmap for our SaaS platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team of 5-10 developers.
- System Architecture: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Sales to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Implement CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and agile methodologies to streamline development workflows.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or management role.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with a strong grasp of software design patterns.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Demonstrated experience leading Agile/Scrum teams in a fast-paced environment.
