Apex Innovations is on a mission to redefine the SaaS landscape, and we are seeking a visionary Senior SaaS Product Manager to lead our next generation of enterprise solutions. You will own the product lifecycle, drive strategic roadmap execution, and work closely with world-class engineering and design teams to deliver world-class value to our customers.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business objectives, ensuring our platform scales seamlessly while delighting our users.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends, prioritizing features that drive retention and revenue.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and customer success to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
- Analyze user behavior and market data to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation, translating insights into actionable product requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure that product decisions are data-driven and customer-centric.
- Own the product lifecycle from conception and ideation through launch, iteration, and post-launch analysis.
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation to optimize conversion funnels and improve overall user engagement.
- Communicate complex product strategies clearly to internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Proven track record of taking products from concept to launch and managing them through the full lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, create dashboards, and make decisions based on metrics.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a deep understanding of the software development process.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SQL and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau) is a plus.
