Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the architectural roadmap for our 2026 AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid processing models into our neural networks.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers in San Francisco and remote hubs.
- Present complex technical concepts to C-suite executives and board members.
- Optimize large-scale data pipelines for real-time inference.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI development, specifically in Large Language Models or Deep Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Expertise in Python, Rust, and quantum software development kits (QDK).
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws and global AI ethics frameworks.
