Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive site audits to identify crawlability, indexability, and core web vitals issues, implementing solutions to boost performance scores.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel SEO strategies that drive organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and conversion rates for key client accounts.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content teams to optimize landing pages, blog posts, and technical assets based on intent analysis and competitive intelligence.
- Link Building: Lead high-authority outreach campaigns and build sustainable backlink profiles through PR, guest posting, and digital PR tactics.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing actionable insights and monthly performance reports.
- Algorithm Monitoring: Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates (e.g., Helpful Content, Core Web Vitals) and adapt strategies proactively to maintain rankings.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search visibility for enterprise-level websites.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of technical SEO principles, including site architecture, schema markup, robots.txt, and HTTP headers.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Programming: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python or SQL for data extraction and analysis is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
