Role Overview:
As the Senior SEO Specialist, you will own the SEO roadmap for our key accounts. You will bridge the gap between technical requirements and content creation, ensuring our clients dominate search results.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement structural improvements to enhance crawlability and indexation.
- Develop and execute data-driven off-page strategies to build high-quality backlinks and authority.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities.
- Optimize on-page content elements, including meta tags, headers, and schema markup, to align with search intent.
- Collaborate with web developers to improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.
- Monitor traffic trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies in real-time to maintain and improve rankings.
- Present monthly performance reports to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic and revenue.
- Deep technical knowledge of Google Search Console, Analytics 4, and schema.org markup.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS, and basic JavaScript for technical implementation.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex SEO issues.
