Job Description
We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to join our elite marketing team in New York. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-backed SEO strategies that drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine visibility for our premium clients.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering and creative content, ensuring our digital footprint dominates search results. You will lead technical audits, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize the entire user journey.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and identify optimization opportunities to improve site speed, crawlability, and indexation.
- Execute advanced keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover high-value search terms and content gaps.
- Develop and oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including link building campaigns and schema markup implementation.
- Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms to report on KPIs and ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement schema markup and structured data for rich snippets.
- Stay abreast of Google algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and compliant.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a digital agency or high-growth tech environment.
- Deep technical understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR).
- Expert proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Strong understanding of Googleβs E-E-A-T guidelines and content optimization best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
