Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals to improve organic traffic and conversion rates.
- Technical Mastery: Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving crawl errors, site speed issues, and schema markup opportunities.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content creators to develop keyword-rich, high-authority content strategies that satisfy user intent and drive engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, producing weekly/daily reports that highlight wins and actionable insights.
- Link Building: Lead outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks and build domain authority through white-hat tactics.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor movements and algorithm updates to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies proactively.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior SEO analysts and provide training on best practices and tools.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO; proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Analytics: Advanced ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
- Programming: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for technical implementation.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
