Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct comprehensive site audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site architecture issues.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies that increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Keyword Research: Perform in-depth research to identify high-value keywords and long-tail opportunities across various niches.
- On-Page & Off-Page Optimization: Oversee on-page content optimization and manage high-quality link-building campaigns to boost domain authority.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all marketing copy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within an agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Tool Proficiency: Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical teams.
