Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site speed issues.
- Develop and execute enterprise-level link-building campaigns to boost domain authority and referral traffic.
- Lead keyword research and strategy, focusing on high-intent, long-tail opportunities that drive conversions.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to implement schema markup, structured data, and Core Web Vitals optimizations.
- Analyze complex analytics data (Google Analytics 4, Search Console) to report on performance and iterate on strategies.
- Optimize on-page content architecture to maximize relevance and user engagement metrics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of increasing organic traffic by at least 30% in a 12-month period.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR).
- Expert proficiency in Google Search Console, Analytics 4, and Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- Strong understanding of Google’s Search Central guidelines and algorithm updates.
- Experience managing SEO budgets and coordinating with external agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
