Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, improve site speed, and optimize site architecture for maximum indexability.
- Keyword Strategy: Lead end-to-end keyword research and strategy development to target high-value search terms relevant to our niche.
- On-Page Optimization: Collaborate with engineering and content teams to implement semantic HTML, schema markup, and meta tag optimizations.
- Link Building: Develop and execute a white-hat link building strategy to enhance domain authority and organic rankings.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing monthly performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Content Strategy: Partner with content creators to ensure alignment between SEO goals and high-quality, engaging user content.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, including a track record of improving organic traffic and rankings.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Google’s algorithms, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side SEO fundamentals.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business strategy.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
